Trial and Error..

Soooo as most of my friends will know from experiences in the past , my baking skills are far from perfect.I love brownies there my fav but i can never ever make any that i am proud of!So i've set my self the challenge to learn how to make them so there amazing! So i tried a recipe this week..and they were ok but didn't have the nice crunchiness on the top and the soft middle that iv'e been trying to get!! I added a few malteasers to try and make them taste a bit more yummier!! I am determined to get good at baking haha

  I neeeed to mention......I was made a scrummy breakfast this week by sam! He LOVES pancakes and enjoys making them , he made banana pancakes with fresh fruit!! here are a few pics ...
