So we had a lovely 1st Christmas, we bought a lovely real tree which looked so pretty when we had finished decorating it! we had so much fun with the family! It was rather a hectic Christmas with sam's birthday been on Christmas eve, It was full of laughter, full tummies and rooms exploding with wrapping paper! We were both spoilt way too much!! We will definitely
remember our first little christmas!!
So with Christmas over we had a couple of weeks to get ready for our late Honeymoon!We were both looking forward to a good holiday , it seemed to just come around so quickly!So before we knew it we were jetting off to Las Vegas!! We arrived in Las Vegas and stayed there for a couple of days then drove to Utah which we have fallen in love with! and then we went to LA ,were we went to Disney!! I know i'm not going into much detail but trust me if i did this post would go on forever!! To cut a long story short... heres a list of some of the things we did on our 2 week
holiday in the USA!
- Partied hard in Vegas (As if!)
- We window shopped in Vegas
- Wore shorts & T-shirts in Vegas
- Visited the new Kardashian shop in Vegas (which was exciting for me)
- Walked up & down the Vegas BLVD
- Sam got Ill in Utah
- I drove a Honda SUV ( huge car)in Utah
- We attended Lehi 30th ward in Utah
- Bought new UGGS in Utah
- Ate the biggest Burger ever at Crown burger in Utah
- Spent a couple of days on Temple Square & Temples in Utah
- Visited BYU Campus in Utah
- Had snow in Utah
- Had alot of fun with friends in Utah
- Ate the most yummiest ribs at Texas Road house in Utah
- Went to Disney in LA
- Abi got Ill in LA
We had a jam packed two weeks visiting friends and traveling around!! After our amazing trip we thought and discussed ....
Moving to America ....
We came to a conclusion ....
Were going to give it a go....
We leave on the 13th of March...
We CAN NOT WAIT!! So we are sorting through all our belongings, as we seem to of hoarded a lot of rubbish in the last 6 months! Im going to hopefully go to BYU and sam will be working! Fingers crossed our little plan works and we wont have to return to England anytime soon!!
We had our first Valentines as Mr & Mrs .. i don't think valentines is that much of a big deal and neither does sam, We both know how much we love each other and tell each other we love each other every day without fail,So we feel like we don't need a day to prove our lovage! So we planned on not getting each other anything...So on valentines morning we said" Happy Valentines" to one another and sam went to work as usual in the morning and then a couple of hours later there was a knock at our front door i answered and it was sam and i was really shocked to see him as he was suppose to be at work and from behind his back he showed me a beautiful bouquet of red roses and a card...I had the biggest smile on my face ( FYI sam is not a romantic person), he handed me them and dashed off.I then felt really guilty for not giving him anything,so whilst he was at work i got my baking brains on and decided to bake him something yummy!!...He loved it...Because of his lovely surprise i let him go to football so we went and watched united away at huddersfield in the evening ..It was actually a really nice little date!!Here are some piccys!!
